I exclusively use Paspaley Pearls from Australia. A recent New York Times Article, by Victoria Gomelsky, states that Paspaley is considered by many jewelers to be one of the most trusted names in pearling. If you ever find yourself in Sydney and have an interest in pearls, I highly recommend going to their store there. It is in an old bank building where the sorting and design work is done in the former safety deposit box vault!
